I developed the Pakistan Women Parliamentary Leaders’ Portal, which was officially launched by Chairman Senate Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani.
The portal is designed as a digital platform to strengthen coordination among national and provincial Women’s Parliamentary Caucuses, highlight the legislative contributions of women parliamentarians, and create a space for knowledge sharing, policy dialogue, and citizen engagement.
It was an honor to see this initiative launched in the presence of parliamentarians, UN leadership, development partners, civil society, and media representatives.
This is only the first step, and the platform will continue to expand with more features and resources to further strengthen women’s political participation and leadership in Pakistan.
